Указания

The return flow should always be pressure-free back to the system tank.
Filter contamination can be detected by checking the pressure gauge reading (0 - 10 bar).

Bypass filtration extends the service life of the fluid and, consequently, of the entire system.

Описание

The system has a filtration capacity of 4.2 litres per minute. This specified flow rate is ensured by the flow control valve, which is rated for up to 420 bar. This ensures a non-critical bypass flow rate of less than 10 % of the main flow.
The system also features 2 M 16 x 2 minimum measurement connections.

The duration of the filtration process depends largely on the degree of contamination in the medium, which is why we offer individual advice and customisation of the filter parameters.

Thanks to mounting ribs on all sides of the housing and the available brackets, installation is possible in any orientation or position.
Additional supply and return connections on the valve block further enhance installation flexibility.
No electrical connection is required, and the filter can be replaced without the need for special tools.

Glass fibre filter elements with 3 µm, 6 µm and 10 µm ratings are available.
